Join us as we celebrate together God's goodness in our lives! Our 7:45 am celebration is more low key (no music), and our 11:15 am celebration's music is bright, beautiful, and unique (some songs are in Arabic and Swahili!) Everything else in worship is in English. Check out this video of one of our songs. While we're proud of our identity as a congregation that welcomes refugee families, we are becoming a multicultural congregation where all people feel welcome and can enjoy the rich gifts of racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic diversity. Every Sunday we share communion, a time in our service when baptized Christians of all ages are invited to share Christ's holy bread and wine together. Curious to learn more? Visit us or email or call Pastor Colin at 619-977-8173 to sit down for coffee and learn more about communion and baptism!
Kids and Youth
There are usually about 15-20 kids between the ages of 3 and 11, and another 10 or so youth ages 12-18, at our 11 am worship each week. During the sermon, kids go downstairs with adult Sunday School teachers for lessons and activities. Youth stay in church and worship as adults. Of course, babies and kids are welcome to stay in the sanctuary for the entire service as well. We also have a nursery right next to the sanctuary for kids under 4 years old.
Free street parking is easily available nearby.
